    <p style="text-align:justify;">Coton-tige, spray, poire ou oriculi, vous avez l’embarras du choix pour laver vos oreilles !</p>\r\n
    \r\n
    <h3 class="h4 mb-4">Nettoyer ses oreilles avec un coton-tige, une bonne idée ?</h3>\r\n
    <p style="text-align:justify;">Le coton-tige, l’outil le plus classique, accessible et répandu dans toutes les salles de bains ne s’avère pas si excellent pour les oreilles ! Un mythe s’effondre. Les médecins ORL ont depuis longtemps alerté sur l’usage du coton-tige.</p>\r\n
    <p style="text-align:justify;">Le coton-tige se révèle plus néfaste qu’autre chose. Plutôt agressif, il aurait tendance à repousser les saletés et le cérumen plus profondément dans le conduit. Sa mauvaise utilisation conduit donc à la création de <strong>bouchons de cérumen</strong>. Plus grave, un mouvement trop brusque, trop profond peut blesser le tympan présent au fond du <strong>conduit auditif</strong>.</p>\r\n
    <p style="text-align:justify;">Son utilisation trop fréquente (tous les jours) peut entraîner des problèmes d’ordre cutanés. Comme le cérumen est ôté tous les jours, le conduit n’est plus hydraté ou protégé. Il est plus facilement irrité puisqu’il n’est plus lubrifié. L’oreille peut alors démanger.</p>\r\n
    \r\n
    <h3 class="h4 mb-4">Les sprays nettoyants pour oreilles</h3>\r\n
    <p style="text-align:justify;">Accessibles en pharmacie, ces sprays sont assez simples d’utilisation. Ils sont utiles pour les personnes connaissant une forte production de cérumen. Les sprays permettent une meilleure évacuation de la cire. Tout comme le coton-tige, le spray est à utiliser de manière responsable. Le mieux est encore de l’appliquer de manière exceptionnelle.</p>\r\n
    \r\n
    <h3 class="h4 mb-4">La poire, à manier avec précaution !</h3>\r\n
    <p>L’usage de la poire est vraiment ponctuel et doit être effectué de manière très encadré. Un mauvais usage peut gravement endommager le tympan et occasionner de vives douleurs. Donc prudence !</p>\r\n
    \r\n
    <h3 class="h4 mb-4">Le cure-oreille, le bon compromis ?</h3>\r\n
    <p style="text-align:justify;">Le <strong>cure-oreille</strong> connaît dernièrement un vif intérêt après l’arrêt de la commercialisation des cotons-tiges jetables. Son atout ? Il est pratique, économique, car lavable et réutilisable à l’infini. C’est donc un outil écolo qui réduit les déchets. Mais est-il efficace ? Si celui-ci est bien utilisé, le cure-oreille permet de prélever l’<strong>excès de cérumen</strong> à l’entrée du conduit sans agresser. Le geste doit être doux et lent pour éviter de rentrer trop profondément. Le mieux est d’opérer des mouvements circulaires. Son bout incurvé en acier ou inox attrape efficacement le cérumen. Une fois l’opération terminée, vous pouvez laver votre cure-oreille en le passant sous l’eau ou en le désinfectant avec un coton imbibé d’alcool.</p>\r\n
    \r\n
    <p style="text-align:justify;">L’<strong>oriculi</strong> est l’autre nom donné au cure-oreille. Originaire du Japon, il se présente le plus souvent en bois. Il a, en revanche, la même fonction que le cure-oreille en métal et s’utilise de la même manière.</p>\r\n
    \r\n
    <h3 class="h4 mb-4">Sous la douche et un bout de serviette, encore la meilleure méthode ?</h3>\r\n
    <p style="text-align:justify;">Vous souhaitez laver vos oreilles sans les agresser ? Les nettoyer en ôtant seulement le surplus de cérumen ? Le meilleur moyen est encore de sécher ses oreilles avec un coin de serviette à la sortie de la douche. Délicatement, retirez toute humidité dans le lobe puis le conduit. N’hésitez pas à hocher la tête du côté de l’oreille lavée puis à effectuer de petits mouvements avec votre serviette à l’entrée de votre oreille.</p>\r\n
    \r\n
    <h2 class="h3 mb-3">Les conséquences d’oreilles encrassées et/ou mal nettoyées</h2>\r\n
    <p style="text-align:justify;">Si vous ne prenez pas soin de vos oreilles en les lavant régulièrement, elles risquent de s’encrasser. L’excès de cérumen non évacué, mais aussi de peaux mortes peut provoquer des bouchons. La formation de bouchons peut s’avérer fortement gênante puisqu’elle a une incidence directe sur les facultés auditives. Il s’agit plus exactement d’une <strong>perte de conduction</strong>.</p>\r\n
    \r\n
    <h2 class="h3 mb-3">Et le cérumen, ami ou ennemi ?</h2>\r\n
    <p style="text-align:justify;">Le cérumen est une sécrétion naturelle. Esthétiquement peu ragoûtant, le cérumen ou <strong>cire d’oreille</strong> est pourtant indispensable. Il est présent dans le conduit auditif pour plusieurs raisons. Il va empêcher tout ce qui peut venir de l’extérieur de rentrer en profondeur dans l’oreille : des microbes, de la poussière, etc. Il assure aussi un certain équilibre, le cérumen évite les infections. Aussi la <strong>cire d’oreille</strong> permet d’hydrater l’intérieur du conduit et d’éviter les irritations et autres tiraillements. Bref, vous l’aurez compris, le cérumen est notre ami.</p>\r\n

    <p style="text-align:justify;">Pour autant, certains et certaines connaissent une importante production de cérumen. Il faut la contrôler sans pour autant tout enlever. Laver ses oreilles est donc subtil. Il faut savoir prélever l’excès de cérumen sans être trop agressif. La clé ? Utiliser les bons outils et effectuer l’opération régulièrement, mais pas trop souvent.</p>
