Car une audition malmenée, non protégée, exposée est une audition fragilisée qui, à terme, se détériorera plus vite et montrera des signes de fatigue ou pire sera endommagée.</p>\r\n

    <p style="text-align:justify;">Quels sont les gestes à adopter afin de <strong>préserver son ouïe</strong> et éviter un vieillissement rapide et brutal ? Quelles sont les solutions pour protéger et entretenir son audition ? Voici quelques conseils et quelques gestes à adopter pour préserver ses oreilles tout au long de sa vie et ainsi retarder ou éviter la pause d’un <strong>appareil auditif</strong>.</p>\r\n

    <h2 class="h3 mb-3">L’ouïe, un sens un peu trop oublié, discret, et donc moins protégé</h2>\r\n
    \r\n
    <p style="text-align:justify;">Il ne vous viendrait pas à l’idée de regarder un écran toute une journée de très près ou de crier encore et encore sans vous arrêter. Le risque d’extinction de voix d’une part ou de grosses migraines accompagnées de troubles visuels sont évidemment bien présents. Il en va de même pour vos oreilles. Tout comme les yeux ou les cordes vocales, vos <strong>tympans</strong> et tout votre système auditif sont sensibles et fragiles. Ils doivent être protégés des bruits trop forts.</p>\r\n

    <p style="text-align:justify;">Pourtant, c’est un sens et une partie du corps que l’on oublie bien souvent. On n’y prête guère attention, comme si l’audition était un acquis. Une prise en charge tardive ainsi que de mauvaises habitudes et de mauvais comportements nuisent à l’audition.</p>\r\n

    <p style="text-align:justify;">Le <strong>bruit</strong> omniprésent au quotidien comme la circulation, les bruits de la ville, de chantiers ou encore de transports en commun représentent aussi une réelle problématique. L’urbanisation, l’industrialisation et la motorisation « harcèlent » nos oreilles, ne leur laissant aucun répit.</p>\r\n

    <p style="text-align:justify;">Plus précisément, dans certains cas, l’audition est mise à rude épreuve comme lors de certains concerts, certains spectacles, mais aussi sur des lieux de travail (en usine ou sur des chantiers, par exemple). Il n’est donc pas étonnant de retrouver de nombreux musiciens, mais aussi des ouvriers et salariés du BTP en fin de carrière avec une audition endommagée.</p>\r\n

    <p style="text-align:justify;">La <strong>santé auditive</strong> est à prendre au sérieux. En plus d’une fatigue chronique, du stress, <a href="https://mon-centre-auditif.com/blog/effet-bruit-sante?utm_source=Blog&utm_content=Article-74" target="_blank" title="Effets du bruit sur la santé" style="color: #377dff; text-decoration: none;">le bruit persistant et important</a> entendu régulièrement a des effets néfastes et concrets sur les <strong>capacités auditives</strong>.</p>\r\n

    <h2 class="h3 mb-3">Quels gestes ou comportements peut-on adopter facilement ?</h2>\r\n

    <p style="text-align:justify;">Alors comment éviter un vieillissement prématuré de vos cellules ciliées ? Afin d’éviter toute <strong>déficience auditive définitive</strong>, nous vous conseillons :\r\n

    <li>D’utiliser sans modération <strong>casque anti-bruit</strong> ou bouchons d’oreilles pour tout évènement qui pourrait être traumatisant pour votre audition (concerts, spectacle, festival, feu d’artifice). Des casques anti-bruit existent pour toutes les tailles et pour tous les âges. Ils permettent de profiter du spectacle en évitant les fameux acouphènes, alors n’hésitez pas à vous en procurer. C’est aussi recommandé pour certains travaux à la maison. Plusieurs outils (scies, taille-haie, rotofil, tondeuse, etc.) émettent beaucoup de décibels. Ces casques anti-bruit ou bouchons d’oreilles peuvent atténuer jusqu’à 30 dB</li>\r\n
    <li>D’éviter une écoute prolongée de la musique à l’aide d’un casque audio. Le mieux est d’écouter votre musique, radio ou TV sans casque et si possible à un volume modéré.</li>\r\n
    <li>Donner à ses oreilles des moments de repos et de calme. C’est peut-être étonnant, mais vos oreilles sensibilisées récupéreront plus rapidement dans un endroit silencieux, dénué de bruit et de stress.</li>\r\n
    <li>Un bon nettoyage de votre <strong>conduit auditif</strong> est important. Un lavage équilibré et non-invasif. Il ne faut pas oublier que le cérumen est produit pour protéger l’oreille. Donc on nettoie, mais avec modération et sans agresser, idéalement avec un cure-oreille, une fois par semaine.</li>\r\n
    <li>Consulter sans attendre au moindre signe alarmant. Douleurs, sifflements, acouphènes, baisse notable prenez rendez-vous auprès de votre ORL ou médecin traitant.
