En ville, chantiers, travaux, circulation, transports en commun mais aussi voisins proches sont les premières causes et sources de bruit. En campagne, la circulation des grandes routes, d’autoroutes mais aussi la présence de voies ferrées peu éloignées sont aussi des sources continues de sons et de gênes.</p>\r\n

    <p style="text-align:justify;">Les bruits, même infimes, nous déconcentrent de nos tâches, entravent notre communication et peuvent bien évidemment impacter notre sommeil et notre capacité d’endormissement. C’est toute notre tranquillité d’esprit qui est bouleversée.</p>\r\n
    <p style="text-align:justify;">Ainsi, c’est bien tout l’organisme qui est touché par le bruit. Stress, tension cardiaque, fatigue mais aussi déconcentration et agitation sont les premiers signes à déceler.</p>\r\n

    <h3 class="h4 mb-2" >Des effets plus durables et plus graves</h3>\r\n
    <p style="text-align:justify;">Le bruit peut aussi dérégler et atteindre profondément le corps et le psychique en instaurant un cercle vicieux de fatigue nerveuse et physique. Modifications alimentaires, anxiété, dépression ou encore insomnie sont des phénomènes s’instaurant suite à un mal-être profond et bien ancré.</p>\r\n

    <h3 class="h4 mb-2" >Une audition malmenée</h3>\r\n
    <p style="text-align:justify;">Et bien évidemment, une trop forte exposition au bruit atteint inévitablement votre audition et détériore votre <strong>acuité auditive</strong>. Un environnement bruyant continu, régulier et excessif peut entraîner toutes sortes de problèmes de santé auditive, de complications liées à l’audition et de perception auditive. Le patient risque des <strong>lésions auditives</strong> réversibles ou irréversibles selon la gravité du choc et l’importance des décibels.</p>\r\n
    \r\n
    <p style="text-align:justify;">Tympan ou oreille interne souffrent lors d’une exposition continue à seulement 80 décibels. Comment se caractérise cette perte ou cette détérioration de l’audition ?</p>\r\n

    <h2 class="h3 mb-3">Quels sont les symptômes ? Quand faut-il s’inquiéter ?</h2>\r\n
    <p style="text-align:justify;">Suite à une exposition trop forte, l’audition peut être déséquilibrée ou détériorée. La personne peut entendre certains sons plus que d’autres, comme les sons aigus au détriment des sons graves. La perte auditive peut-être alors partielle ou plus grave. Dans les deux cas, l’oreille à souffert d’un traumatisme important.</p>\r\n

    <p style="text-align:justify;">Bourdonnements, sifflements, <strong>acouphènes</strong>, gênes, douleurs ou encore déformation de l’audition, toutes ces manifestations inhabituelles doivent être un avertissement et le déclic pour consulter.</p>\r\n

    <p style="text-align:justify;">Un médecin généraliste sera à même de vous orienter vers un spécialiste de l’audition : un ORL, <strong>Otho-Rhino-Laryngologiste</strong> pour effectuer un bilan approfondi et constater (ou non) les lésions ou dégâts. Ce spécialiste mènera une <strong>audiométrie</strong> ou audiogramme pour mesurer votre audition.</p>\r\n

    <p style="text-align:justify;">On protège bien ses yeux d’une éclipse ou d’un faisceau laser ? Il en est de même avec son audition. Celle-ci est précieuse et doit être protégée. Nous savons qu’elle se détériore déjà naturellement avec l’âge, sachons en prendre soin au maximum ! Lors d’un concert ou de festival, mais aussi au quotidien sur les chantiers, par exemple, il est indispensable de se protéger à l’aide de <strong>bouchons d’oreilles</strong> et de faire des pauses régulières au calme.</p>
