    <p style="text-align:justify;">Les personnes souffrant d’hyperacousie ne supportent plus des niveaux de sons quotidiens tout à fait ordinaires&nbsp;: bruits de vaisselle,&nbsp;foule, cri d’enfants, rires, aboiements, sonneries du téléphone, robinets d’eau ou aspirateurs.</p>\r\n
    <p style="text-align:justify;">Lorsque le trouble survient, il est impossible de savoir s’il s’agit d’un phénomène temporaire ou durable. Comme les acouphènes, c’est une réaction anormale d’un système auditif brutalisé.</p>\r\n
    <h2 class="h3 mb-3">Les causes de l’hyperacousie</h2>\r\n
    <p style="text-align:justify;">- Le plus souvent, l’hyperacousie est provoquée par un traumatisme sensoriel auditif : bruit soudain, musique amplifiée, explosion</p>\r\n
    <p style="text-align:justify;">- Elle peut aussi être engendrée par l’exposition répétée et prolongée à des bruits forts, selon la fragilité auditive de la personne et de son état au moment de l’exposition au bruit</p>\r\n

    <h2 class="h3 mb-3">Hyperacousie et acouphènes</h2>\r\n
    <p style="text-align:justify;">L’hyperacousie peut se manifester de façon isolée mais peut parfois s’accompagner d’autres symptômes inconfortables tels que des migraines ou des <strong>acouphènes </strong>(sifflements ou bourdonnements perçus au niveau de l’oreille). D’après les études actuelles, environ 40% des sujets atteints d’acouphènes souffriraient également d’hyperacousie.</p>\r\n
    <h2 class="h3 mb-3">Diagnostic</h2>\r\n
    <p style="text-align:justify;">Il est effectué le plus souvent par un <strong>oto-rhino-laryngologiste</strong>. Un bilan complet <strong>ORL</strong> est souvent nécessaire pour identifier la cause de l’hypersensibilité.</p>\r\n
    <p style="text-align:justify;">Les questionnaires permettent d’évaluer l’impact de l’intolérance aux sons dans la vie quotidienne, le degré de dérangement, la santé générale du patient ainsi que le degré d’anxiété et de dépression du patient.</p>\r\n
    <p style="text-align:justify;">Ils permettent également d’identifier les sons et les activités quotidiennes problématiques et les démarches déjà entreprises par le patient pour remédier à la situation.</p>\r\n
    <p style="text-align:justify;">Les tests en cabine insonorisée visent à déterminer la croissance de sonie - le patient doit évaluer différentes intensités de bruits – faibles à forts, et les niveaux d’inconfort, il doit identifier le degré d’intensité où les sons lui sont inconfortables.</p>\r\n
    <h2 class="h3 mb-3">Complications</h2>\r\n
    <p style="text-align:justify;">Comme les acouphènes, l’hyperacousie n’est pas dangereuse mais provoque une gêne qui peut devenir handicapante et pousser à la dépression.</p>\r\n
    <p style="text-align:justify;">Dans les formes les plus développées d’hyperacousie, la gêne peut s’accompagner de douleurs, de stress, de fatigue, d’une irritabilité et engendrer un repli sur soi. On parle de réflexe d’auto-préservation. Une personne hyperacousique préfère s’isoler pour ne plus être exposée aux bruits du quotidien, avec un retrait des activités sociales&nbsp;et de certains endroits jugés&nbsp;trop bruyants.</p>\r\n
    <h2 class="h3 mb-3">Traitement</h2>\r\n
    <p style="text-align:justify;">Il existe plusieurs solutions pour soigner ces problèmes auditifs.</p>\r\n
    <p style="text-align:justify;">La première solution est de se protéger du bruit, mais uniquement dans les environnements à risque (concert, chantier, chasse…). Il est important de laisser le système auditif au calme pour qu’il récupère.</p>\r\n
    <p style="text-align:justify;">Il ne faut pas pour autant s’isoler de tout environnement sonore. En effet, cela risquerait d’augmenter la gêne en raison d’une privation sensorielle. Les oreilles s’ajustent aux bruits comme&nbsp;vos yeux s’ajustent à la lumière. Si vous&nbsp;vous isolez dans des endroits silencieux et calmes,&nbsp;vos oreilles seront de moins en moins habituées à&nbsp;percevoir des bruits. Après quelque temps,&nbsp;les sons quotidiens vont paraître plus&nbsp;forts et donc plus difficiles à tolérer.</p>\r\n
    <p style="text-align:justify;">La prise en charge de l’hyperacousie fait souvent intervenir une équipe pluridisciplinaire, pouvant impliquer un <strong>ORL</strong>, un <strong>audioprothésiste</strong>, un psychologue et / ou sophrologue.</p>\r\n
    <p style="text-align:justify;">L’ORL fait le bilan, recherche les causes et propose parfois un traitement médicamenteux. Puis le patient est orienté vers un traitement sonore et psychologique si nécessaire.</p>\r\n
    <p style="text-align:justify;">Comme pour les acouphènes, les audioprothésistes et la sophrologie peuvent soulager et soigner l’hyperacousie grâce à un protocole s’appuyant sur une prise en charge émotionnelle (sophrologie, thérapie cognitivo-comportementale) et audiologique (générateurs de bruits, TRT – Thérapie Comportementale et Cognitive, protections anti-bruit sur-mesure si nécessaire).</p>\r\n
    <p style="text-align:justify;">L’audioprothésiste vise la réorganisation des voies auditives.</p>\r\n
    <p style="text-align:justify;">Les<strong> bruiteurs</strong> sont des dispositifs médicaux qui permettent d’adoucir certains sons et qui peuvent conduire à une guérison totale en 6 à 8 mois. L’intensité est augmentée par l’audioprothésiste petit à petit toutes les trois semaines en fonction de l’évolution de l’hyperacousie et de l’habituation au bruit blanc du bruiteur. Plusieurs types de bruiteurs existent, chacun présentant des avantages, des inconvénients ou des stratégies différentes, le choix final restant à l’audioprothésiste en fonction des caractéristiques du patient et de son hyperacousie.</p>\r\n
