Elles peuvent aussi survenir au cours de la vie, suite à des traumatismes acoustiques, des maladies (otites chroniques dans environ 20 % des cas, tumeurs…), des accidents (plongée) ou encore des toxicités liées aux médicaments. La plupart de ces facteurs contribue à la destruction progressive de cellules fondamentales dans les mécanismes de l’audition.\r\n Il existe deux types de surdité :\r\n <br /><br />\r\n -la <strong>surdité de transmission</strong> ou déficience de la fonction des parties externes de l’oreille\r\n <br />\r\n -la <strong>surdité de perception</strong> ou surdité neurosensorielle (manque de cellules sensorielles et difficulté à entendre les voix).</p>\r\n <h2 class="h3 mb-3">La presbyacousie</h2>\r\n <p style="text-align:justify;">Le vieillissement peut conduire à une <strong>perte auditive</strong> qui apparaît le plus souvent à partir de 50-60 ans. On parle alors de presbyacousie. Cette baisse de l'audition liée à l'âge survient chez des personnes qui ressentent une gêne importante dans le bruit et d'un trouble de compréhension dans les conversations. On entend mais on ne comprend pas. On peut confondre un mot avec un autre, surtout dans une ambiance un peu bruyante. C'est le signe que l'audition commence à perdre en qualité.\r\n <br /><br />\r\n La dégradation de l'audition peut être accélérée par une hypertension artérielle, un diabète, une augmentation du taux de cholestérol, et aussi une exposition professionnelle au bruit.</p> """ -bodySecond: """ <h2 class="h3 mb-3">L’otospongiose</h2>\r\n <p style="text-align:justify;">Autre trouble possible, l'<strong>otospongiose</strong>. Cette maladie bloque la chaîne des osselets, précisément au niveau de celui qui s'articule avec l'oreille interne. On rectifie alors la baisse d'audition en enlevant cet osselet que l'on remplace par une petite prothèse.</p>\r\n <h2 class="h3 mb-3">Les acouphènes</h2>\r\n <p style="text-align:justify;">À savoir également qu'une perte de l’audition peut être accompagnée d'<strong>acouphènes</strong>. Si surviennent des acouphènes (sifflements, bourdonnements d'oreille) qui n'existaient pas avant, c'est le signe qu'il faut consulter et faire un test d'audition. L'acouphène est un symptôme qui traduit l'atteinte du système auditif, quel que soit l'enUn bouchon de cérumen peut aussi provoquer un acouphène. Le fait de corriger la surdité d'un patient, soit par un appareillage soit par une intervention chirurgicale, atténuera ou fera disparaître l'acouphène.</p>\r\n <h2 class="h3 mb-3">L’hyperacousie</h2>\r\n <p style="text-align:justify;">Autre dysfonctionnement de l'audition, l'<strong>hyperacousie</strong>. Ce dérèglement auditif peut apparaître après une exposition à un niveau sonore très élevé (concerts, discothèques, tir au fusil…). Si elle est plus rare, elle peut rendre le quotidien très difficile. Une pathologie handicapante et souvent mal comprise par l'entourage.</p>\r\n <h2 class="h3 mb-3">Problème d’audition : les solutions</h2>\r\n <h3 class="h4 mb-2">Pour les pertes auditives de transmission </h3>\r\n <p style="text-align:justify;">Dans ce cas le dysfonctionnement est situé au niveau de l'oreille externe (dans le conduit auditif ou au niveau du tympan) ou dans l'oreille moyenne (sur les osselets).\r\n Elles peuvent souvent être opérées. Par exemple, l'otospongiose est un trouble qui fait adhérer le dernier osselet et l'empêche de bouger, l'opération consiste donc à le remplacer.</p>\r\n <h3 class="h4 mb-2">Pour les pertes auditives de perception</h3>\r\n <p style="text-align:justify;">Les pertes sont reconnues de perception lorsque le trouble est situé dans l'oreille interne. Pour ce qui concerne les surdités dues à l'atteinte de l'oreille interne (siège de l'analyse du son et de sa canalisation vers le cortex auditif) et du nerf auditif, elles ne peuvent être opérées, la solution réside alors souvent dans l'appareillage auditif.</p>\r\n <h3 class="h4 mb-2">Les aides auditives</h3>\r\n <p style="text-align:justify;">En cas de déficits auditifs légers à modérés, des<strong> aides auditives</strong> conventionnelles, dites en conduction aérienne, sont proposées aux patients. Leur fonctionnement repose sur la captation du son par un ou plusieurs microphones. Le signal capté est traité par un microprocesseur, amplifié puis réémis via un écouteur placé dans le conduit auditif externe. Des aides en conduction osseuse peuvent également être utilisées et permettent de stimuler directement l’oreille interne à travers les os du crâne : les vibrations sonores sont réceptionnées par un micro et relayées à l’os temporal par un vibrateur placé derrière l’oreille. Les vibrations de la paroi osseuse entourant la cochlée sont alors transférées aux cellules ciliées.</p>\r\n <h3 class="h4 mb-2">Les implants</h3>\r\n <p style="text-align:justify;">Concernant les surdités sévères ou totales, des<strong> implants</strong> sont recommandés. Il en existe deux types : l’implant d’oreille moyenne fonctionne à l’image des aides en conduction osseuse. Il est positionné sur un osselet ou à proximité de l'oreille interne, capte les vibrations et les transmet à l’oreille interne.<br /><br />\r\n L’implant cochléaire est composé d’un processeur externe qui transforme les sons en signaux électriques. Ces derniers sont transmis sous forme d’ondes à la partie interne de l’implant. Celle-ci émet des impulsions électriques grâce à des électrodes qui stimulent les fibres du nerf auditif. Avec cette technique, la compréhension requiert du temps et un apprentissage pour intégrer les informations reçues.<br /><br />\r\n Chez l’enfant atteint de surdité profonde, la mise en place d’un implant cochléaire précoce (à partir de 12 mois) a montré d’excellents résultats sur l’acquisition du langage oral.</p>\r\n <h2 class="h3 mb-3">Audition : les améliorations technologiques</h2>\r\n <p style="text-align:justify;">Face aux <strong>maladies de l’audition</strong>, la recherche est particulièrement active et efficace : au cours de la dernière décennie, des progrès spectaculaires ont été réalisés dans la compréhension des mécanismes et des facteurs génétiques responsables des troubles de l’audition.
