Quels sont les avantages des embouts sur mesure ?</p>\r\n \r\n <h2 class="h3 mb-3">Embout sur mesure, dôme classique, faisons le point</h2>\r\n \r\n <p style="text-align:justify;">Avant d’aller plus loin, nous vous rappelons que l’embout auditif est une partie de l’appareil auditif qui se trouve au bout du <strong>tube auditif</strong> et qui est amovible. Cet embout se positionne dans le <strong>conduit auditif</strong> et doit rester en place. Le <strong>dôme ouvert en silicone</strong> est l’embout standard proposé par les fabricants. Ce dernier possède certains avantages (plusieurs formes, limite l’effet de résonance) cependant il a aussi des limites. Lorsque le conduit du patient est trop étroit par exemple, un embout sur mesure est tout indiqué.</p>\r\n \r\n <h2 class="h3 mb-3">Tout le monde peut avoir droit à des embouts sur mesure ?</h2>\r\n \r\n <p style="text-align:justify;">Le type d’embout sur mesure dépendra de plusieurs éléments déterminants qui seront discutés par votre audioprothésiste :</p>\r\n \r\n <ul style="color:#77838f;">\r\n \t<li>la sévérité de votre surdité ou de la perte auditive</li>\r\n \t<li>la morphologie de l’oreille, du conduit et du pavillon,</li>\r\n \t<li>l’autonomie du patient, sa dextérité et sa capacité à manipuler les petits objets.</li>\r\n </ul>\r\n \r\n <h2 class="h3 mb-3">Comment fabrique-t-on des embouts sur mesure ?</h2>\r\n \r\n <p style="text-align:justify;">Les embouts auditifs sur mesure sont fabriqués à partir d’une <strong>prise d’empreinte auriculaire</strong>. Celle-ci s’effectue par l’audioprothésiste et est très simple et rapide. Une pâte durcissante est insérée dans le conduit auditif. La prise d’empreinte est un acte complètement indolore et très rapide (une vingtaine de minutes), pas de crainte à avoir !</p>\r\n \r\n <p style="text-align:justify;">Après avoir inspecté vos oreilles (otoscope) et protégé vos tympans, l’audioprothésiste insère la pâte en silicone. Celle-ci sèche en quelques minutes seulement. L’audioprothésiste obtient alors un <strong>moulage 3D de l’intérieur de l’oreille</strong>. Il numérise ensuite cette empreinte et l’envoie à un prothésiste qui fabrique les embouts. La conception de l’embout se réalise sous 72 heures d’ordinaire. L’embout personnalisé est conçu à partie de résine acrylique, de résine Photoplast UV ou encore de silicone souple. N’hésitez pas à vous renseigner sur la composition des embouts auprès de votre audioprothésiste et à signaler bien évident des allergies potentielles.</p>\r\n \r\n <h2 class="h3 mb-3">Les avantages des embouts sur mesure</h2>\r\n \r\n <p p="" style="text-align:justify;">Plusieurs raisons vous poussent à demander des embouts sur mesure à votre audioprothésiste :</p>\r\n \r\n <ul style="color:#77838f;">\r\n \t<li>Un meilleur maintien de l’embout et de l’appareil sur et dans l’oreille. Les embouts sur mesure sont proposés assez souvent aux <strong>personnes sourdes et malentendantes</strong> qui ont des conduits auditifs étroits.
