On utilisera le terme d’<strong>anacousie</strong> pour parler de surdité totale. La personne souffrant d’hypoacousie connaît une diminution de sa capacité à entendre correctement les sons. Son ouïe, pour de multiples raisons, n’est plus optimale et fonctionne moins bien.</p>\r\n \r\n <h3 style="text-align: justify;">Comment se manifeste l’hypoacousie ?</h3>\r\n \r\n <p style="text-align: justify;">L’hypoacousie peut être unilatérale ou bilatérale, c’est-à-dire que la baisse d’audition peut se manifester sur une oreille ou les deux. La perte auditive peut être progressive comme soudaine (liée à un traumatisme sonore aigu par exemple).</p>\r\n \r\n <h3 style="text-align: justify;">Hypoacousie, qui est concerné ?</h3>\r\n \r\n <p style="text-align: justify;">L’hypoacousie toucherait 10% des Français. Les seniors sont les personnes les plus concernées par la <strong>baisse d’audition</strong> mais les enfants comme les adultes peuvent aussi connaître une baisse de leur audition. L’origine d’une hypoacousie est donc très variée.</p>\r\n \r\n <h2 style="text-align: justify;">Hypoacousie : une variété de symptômes</h2>\r\n \r\n <p style="text-align: justify;">Quels sont les symptômes qui caractérisent une hypoacousie ? En voici plusieurs, le patient concerné peut connaître un ou plusieurs de ces symptômes :</p>\r\n \r\n <ul>\r\n \t<li style="text-align: justify;">difficulté à suivre une conversation,</li>\r\n \t<li style="text-align: justify;">une tendance à parler fort,</li>\r\n \t<li style="text-align: justify;">des <strong>acouphènes</strong> (des bourdonnements plus ou moins intenses et gênants),</li>\r\n \t<li style="text-align: justify;">des <strong>vertiges</strong> (sensation de déséquilibre inconfortable plus ou moins forte), </li>\r\n \t<li style="text-align: justify;">de la fièvre, </li>\r\n \t<li style="text-align: justify;">un écoulement de l’oreille.</li>\r\n </ul>\r\n \r\n <h2 style="text-align: justify;">Trois types d’hypoacousie, de pertes d’acuité auditive</h2>\r\n \r\n <p style="text-align: justify;">L’hypoacousie peut relever d’un des trois <a href="https://mon-centre-auditif.com/blog/type-surdite?utm_source=Blog&utm_content=Article-153" target="_blank">types de surdités</a> suivants :</p>\r\n \r\n <ul>\r\n \t<li style="text-align: justify;">La <strong>Surdité de transmission</strong> : l’anomalie est située au niveau de l’oreille externe ou moyenne (les sons sont bloqués et ne peuvent pas être transmis à l’oreille interne). Otite, bouchon, perforation du tympan ou encore ostopongiose peuvent entrainer une surdité de transmission.</li>\r\n \t<li style="text-align: justify;">La <strong>Surdité de perception</strong> : cette hypoacousie appelée aussi <strong>surdité neurosensorielle</strong> touche l’oreille interne (la cochlée ou le nerf auditif est touché), cette surdité est plus grave que la surdité de transmission. Presbyacousie, tabagisme, pollution sonore ou encore <a href="https://mon-centre-auditif.com/blog/maladie-meniere?utm_source=Blog&utm_content=Article-153" target="_blank">maladie de Ménière</a> peuvent entrainer une surdité de perception.</li>\r\n \t<li style="text-align: justify;">La <strong>Surdité mixte</strong> est une hypoacousie à la fois de transmission et de perception et met en évidence des anomalies au niveau des trois parties de l’oreille : externe, moyenne et interne. Typiquement l’otospongiose touche à l’origine l’oreille moyenne (surdité de transmission) et migre dans l’oreille interne (surdité de perception).</li>\r\n </ul>\r\n \r\n <h2 style="text-align: justify;">Les causes variées et multiples de l’hypoacousie</h2>\r\n \r\n <p style="text-align: justify;">De multiples raisons peuvent expliquer une baisse de votre audition :</p>\r\n \r\n <ul>\r\n \t<li style="text-align: justify;">Une exposition prolongée au bruit (traumatisme sonore) peut modifier profondément votre capacité auditive. Les musiciens, les techniciens en usine ou les travailleurs du bâtiment sont exposés au bruit intense tout au long de la journée, tout au long de leur carrière. La <strong>pollution sonore</strong> use l’audition tout au long de la vie.</li>\r\n \t<li style="text-align: justify;">Certaines maladies et infections virales, bactériennes ou parasitaires portent atteinte à l’audition. Les <strong>otites</strong> (externe, séreuse, moyenne), bien évidemment, mais aussi certaines tumeurs, la méningite ou encore les oreillons.</li>\r\n \t<li style="text-align: justify;">La presbyacousie ou le vieillissement du système auditif et des cellules sensorielles naturellement du à l’âge et accéléré par divers facteurs comme le tabac, l’alcool, le stress, l’environnement bruyant.</li>\r\n \t<li style="text-align: justify;">La prise d’un <a href="https://mon-centre-auditif.com/blog/tout-savoir-sur-l-ototoxicite?utm_source=Blog&utm_content=Article-153" target="_blank">médicament ototoxique</a> (toxique pour les oreilles) peut entrainer une hypoacousie. Certains traitements médicamenteux dégradent les oreilles et les cellules ciliées, notamment.</li>\r\n \t<li style="text-align: justify;">L’hérédité et la génétique rentrent aussi en jeu.</li>\r\n \t<li style="text-align: justify;">Autres causes : le tabac, le stress, l’alcool, les bouchons de cérumen, les blessures du tympan et la présence d’eau dans l’oreille.</li>\r\n </ul>\r\n \r\n <h2 style="text-align: justify;">Hypoacousie : diagnostic</h2>\r\n \r\n <p style="text-align: justify;">Une perte auditive est constatée ? Quelle est la marche à suivre ? Quel est le parcours de soins ? Quel professionnel faut-il consulter ? </p>\r\n \r\n <p style="text-align: justify;">Lorsque qu’une <strong>perte auditive</strong> est suspectée, une consultation auprès d’un professionnel de santé s’impose. Vous pouvez consulter dans un premier temps votre médecin traitant et généraliste. Celui-ci pourra mener à bien une première inspection de vos oreilles en vérifiant votre <strong>conduit auditif</strong> et en observant votre tympan.</p>\r\n \r\n <p style="text-align: justify;">Le médecin généraliste pourra vous orienter vers un <strong>ORL (oto rhino laryngologue)</strong>, un médecin spécialiste des oreilles. Celui-ci a un équipement plus pointu dans son cabinet et pourra ainsi mener un <strong>test auditif</strong> poussé et complet avec la lecture et l’<a href="https://mon-centre-auditif.com/blog/comprendre-audiogramme?utm_source=Blog&utm_content=Article-153" target="_blank">analyse d’un audiogramme</a> tonal et d’un audiogramme vocal. </p>\r\n \r\n <p style="text-align: justify;">C’est l’ORL qui prescrit sur ordonnance des <strong>aides auditives</strong> pour pallier une perte auditive. Avec cette ordonnance, le patient peut alors se rendre dans le centre auditif de son choix. Un audioprothésiste, professionnel de la <strong>correction auditive</strong> prend alors le relais et propose au patient des modèles d’audioprothèses adaptés à son profil.</p>\r\n \r\n <h2 style="text-align: justify;">Comment soigne-t-on l’hypoacousie ?</h2>\r\n \r\n <p style="text-align: justify;">Comment soigner une hypoacousie ? Tout dépend de l’origine de l’hypoacousie et de sa sévérité.<br />\r\n Une surdité de perception qui touche l’oreille interne sera palliée en partie par des aides auditives ou encore de la chirurgie. Des médicaments peuvent aussi apaiser des inflammations.<br />\r\n Les appareils auditifs sont, aujourd’hui, des petits objets connectés très discrets qui se portent très facilement. N’hésitez pas à vous renseigner auprès de votre audioprothésiste.</p>\r\n \r\n <h2 style="text-align: justify;">Hypoacousie et hyperacousie : attention à ne pas confondre !</h2>\r\n \r\n <p style="text-align: justify;">Tandis que l’hypoacousie renvoie à une baisse d’audition, l’<a href="https://mon-centre-auditif.com/blog/hyperacousie?utm_source=Blog&utm_content=Article-153" target="_blank">hyperacousie</a> est un trouble auditif, et plus exactement une hypersensibilité aux sons.
