    <h2 class="h3 mb-3">Les effets secondaires les plus fréquents</h2> \r\n
    <p style="text-align:justify;">De simples petits troubles peu importants à des effets néfastes déstabilisants, les répercussions d’un appareil auditif dans la vie quotidienne peuvent être très variées.</p>\r\n
    \r\n
    <h3>L’effet Larsen</h3> \r\n
    <p style="text-align:justify;">L’effet Larsen, c’est certainement le sifflement le plus connu et l’effet indésirable auquel on pense immédiatement quand on parle appareil auditif. L’<strong>effet Larsen</strong> est un retour du son émis par le haut-parleur qui peut être très fort, gênant et déstabilisant.</p>\r\n
    <p style="text-align:justify;">Ce <strong>sifflement aigu</strong> est aujourd’hui bien plus rare qu’avant. Les avancées technologiques réalisées par les différents fabricants d’appareils auditifs permettent d’éviter l’effet Larsen. Si cela survient avec votre appareillage, un réglage supplémentaire et plus précis doit être opéré par votre audioprothésiste.</p>\r\n
    \r\n
    <h3 class="h4 mb-4">Les vertiges et les céphalées</h3>\r\n
    <p style="text-align:justify;">Equipé nouvellement d’aides auditives, le porteur peut ressentir certains vertiges. Heureusement cet effet secondaire reste rare ! Il s’agit alors de <strong>vertiges légers</strong> qui surviennent dans les premiers temps de l’appareillage. Le cerveau est dérouté par ces nouveaux bruits entendus. Une période de transition est alors requise. Un peu de patience, votre <strong>oreille interne</strong>, mais aussi votre cerveau s’habitueront vite. Cela est certainement déroutant, mais les vertiges disparaissent très vite !</p> \r\n
    <p style="text-align:justify;">Idem pour les <strong>maux de têtes</strong> et migraines qui peuvent se manifester dans les premiers jours. Les céphalées font partie des effets secondaires assez courants. Là aussi, elles restent ponctuelles et doivent être courtes, une poignée de jours tout au plus. Si le phénomène perdure, n’hésitez pas à contacter votre audioprothésiste. Il est normal d’effectuer des réglages dans les premiers jours et les premières semaines.</p>\r\n
    \r\n
    <h3 class="h4 mb-4">Inconfort physique et gêne autour de l’oreille ou dans l’oreille</h3>\r\n
    <p style="text-align:justify;">Il peut s’agir ici de <strong>démangeaisons</strong> ou d’une <strong>irritation</strong> localisée qui provoquent un inconfort plus ou moins vif. L’oreille ou les oreilles grattent, démangent. La personne concernée ne tolère pas son appareil physiquement, ne le supporte pas.</p>\r\n
    <p style="text-align:justify;">Il peut s’agir d’une allergie, d’une pathologie de peau (eczéma par exemple), d’une mauvaise position de l’aide auditive. Les raisons sont variées. La peau peut être particulièrement sensible ou alors le porteur peut transpirer de manière excessive rendant le port de l’appareillage assez inconfortable.</p> \r\n
    <p style="text-align:justify;">Même pour un grattement, il est important d’en parler à son audioprothésiste. Une correction auditive réussie est une correction qui ne se sent pas, qui s’oublie. Le professionnel de santé pourra alors vous proposer un modèle différent, moins irritant, plus adapté à la morphologie de votre oreille.</p> \r\n
    \r\n
    <h3 class="h4 mb-4"h3>Douleur et lourdeur</h3>\r\n
    <p style="text-align:justify;">Autre cas physique possible, outre la démangeaison, le patient peut constater une oreille lourde, endolorie et désagréable. L’appareil présent rend la zone inconfortable. Les oreilles, jusqu’à présent, partie du corps que l’on ne ressent jamais, sont perçues. Et c’est une drôle de sensation qui peut déconcerter plus d’un ! Il faudra un peu de patience pour que votre corps, mais aussi votre tête, s’habituent à la présence des aides auditives. Aucune panique ni inquiétude à avoir, c’est plutôt normal de ressentir de telles sensations.</p>\r\n
    \r\n
    <p style="text-align:justify;">En revanche si la sensation de lourdeur ou même de douleur persiste, l’appareil choisit peut ne pas être adapté à votre oreille. La révision des embouts ou la prise de nouvelles empreintes de l’<strong>auricule</strong> (pavillon de l’oreille) sont alors des pistes à envisager.</p>\r\n

    <h3 class="h4 mb-4">L’écho, le fait d’entendre sa propre voix ou sa propre respiration</h3>\r\n
    <p style="text-align:justify;">Tout comme lorsqu’on entend en retour sa propre voix lors d’une conversation téléphonique, il peut arriver que les audioprothèses produisent ce désagrément. Il s’agit de l’<strong>autophonie</strong>.</p> \r\n

    <p style="text-align:justify;">Assez désagréable et déstabilisant, ce phénomène d’écho survient dans les premiers moments et ne doit pas perdurer par la suite. Si c’est le cas, nous vous recommandons de faire examiner votre appareil par un audioprothésiste. Ce dernier pourra opérer de nouveaux <strong>réglages acoustiques</strong>. Vos aides auditives sont peut-être trop puissantes et captent des sons qui ne devraient pas l’être (comme votre respiration). L’expérience d’écoute est alors fatigante et n’a pas de sens.</p>
